I bought this machine in August. It stopped working in Sept.

2 machines, faulty button

We've gone through 2 of these machines - both lasted <9 months. The button/electronics was faulty both times. Although this is frustrating, Nespresso has been very helpful and has offered to replace the machine both times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HORRIBLY DEFECTIVE - will last about 1 year max

If you love Nespresso and you’re thinking about upgrading from original line to vertus line, DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!! That was my situation two years ago. My first machine lasted nearly a year and then stopped working despite maintenance every time the light said it was time to clean/descale.
To their credit, Nespresso replaced the machine. Another year later, the new machine is having the exact same problem. This time, Nespresso keeps giving me the run-around. To be honest, I think at this stage, they know this machine is horribly defective and they don’t want to acknowledge it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Compact, delicious and exceptional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of the Nespresso brand! I’ve been drinking it daily for years. I received the Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ and let me tell you. It’s amazing!!! The flavor is robust and smooth! It’s just as powerful and flavorful as my larger Vertuo machine! I made my family a latte and they were all in love with the flavor!!! My sisters are going to buy one for themselves too! You can’t beat the price, taste and size of this machine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Quality

Liked the coffee and the compact size. But the machine stopped working after three month. Cleaning and descaling did not help. The Nespresso Help Line was not very helpful either. DO NOT buy this machine, You will be disappointed.

Just terrible

Have had this since November (2 Months) It is too loud, keeps going red , leaks coffee through back and not making coffee.

Great for marriage health

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The daughter got a Nespresso for her apartment. My wife watched as a roommate made a cup. It looked and smelled wonderful. We then visited the Nespresso store and purchased a unit. I’ve been making my better half soy lattes with it ever since. She is so happy.
