We got our daughter-in-law a Vertuo Next for Christmas. From the very first day she used it, the machine leaked into the pod holder and rarely made a full cup of coffee. I contacted customer support on her behalf. I will say they were wonderful and quickly sent out a new one. Unfortunately, it leaks also. Not all of the time, but enough to be frustrating. She has given up on it. I guess I have as well. Great coffee when it works. Just don't want that kind of adventure in the morning.

Died in under 6 months

I have owned many other Nespresso machines for home and office and this is the worst. 5 months and after almost 2 hours on the phone with Nespresso they replaced my machine with a different one. This machine is not good. The way the top closes on the coffee pod is very cumbersome and some people can not even do it. This wastes expensive pods. The waste bin is very small and needs emptied quickly. The look of the machine is nice but nothing else is good about this unit. Save your time and money and buy a different style of machine.

Vertuo Next - I purchased 2 and they both failed

I purchased 2 of theses machines, and I’ve had 3 total replacements with the same machine. Each one broke down in some form or fashion. I have the last replacement they sent sitting on my counter not working. I’ve spent hours on the phone with this company troubleshooting and they finally just send replacements and ask me to send the faulty machine back. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL.

Do not buy this

I’ll start by saying I love Nespresso. When the machine works, it’s very good coffee. I’m on my second Vertuo Next machine, as the first one was replaced as it stopped brewing after a month or two. This second machine is now running into the same problems. They need to discontinue this product. There are obviously manufacturing errors they are failing to address and just continue to send you refurbished machines that eventually break.

Disappointed

I bought this about a year ago but didn’t use it too much at first, finally started using consistently about 6 months ago and worked fine until last week it started blinking orange. Followed instructions to fix, called tech support, got a replacement and the replacement doesn’t work! Have had the hardest time with this machine I’m about to switch back to Keurig. For the price I shouldn’t have these issues especially with a brand new replacement.

AMAZING MACHINE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vertuo Pop+ is an amazing little machine and produces great quality coffee at home. This machine is perfect for people like me with limited counter space because it is a smaller machine and doesn’t take up much room. I found it very easy to use and the app feature is very convenient too! I also love all the fun color options for this machine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

If only if worked as good as it looks

Received this as a gift and I am very disappointed. It only works when it wants to. I have to open and close the lid over and over again and it may or may not work. Tried changing pods which didn't help. The majority of the time I just resort to making a cup of instant coffee. No one needs this kind of frustration first thing in the morning!

Tank doean't swivel

The coffee is fine and the POP is attractive but, far from being the smallest footprint, the water tank is NOT movable, so it takes up more space and is awkward. You should note that on the description as the videos of the swiveling tank are a sales point for the Next. The POP tank doesn't swivel.
