Don’t waste your money

I bought this over a year ago. At first it was great, loved the variety of coffee, but then it started making more than a cup at a time…..the water kept pouring out. I let it sit for months and tried it again. Same results. I have tried to reset it, etc. We need to buy a second coffee maker and while I would love to use the pods I purchased, I will not waste anymore money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good coffee, bad machine

I don’t know where to start, but I’mma keep it simple. I was so happy that I taste a cup of coffee from this machine and it was so good so I had to get one. I had it for a couple of months I was sick I couldn’t use it And when I finally opened it up, it was used it didn’t work. I had to clean it then it finally worked. Every time I use it, I have to clean it before I brew the coffee because it won’t work One day it made a loud noise. I thought it was gonna explode.
I don’t recommend this machine Nespresso you could do better.

Going on my 4th machine in 1 year

Like most other reviews, the design is flawed and works well only for a few months at a time. After my first replacement, it worked well for 6 months and then the light would turn orange and not brew. Nespresso had the nerve to send me a refurbished machine, which only lasted 2 weeks before it would over brew coffee and leak everywhere. Prior to issuing replacements, I wish they would save everyone’s time with troubleshooting. Nothing ever works and they clearly know this machine is flawed and should be improved or removed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely disappointed

In less than a year we have had to have this machine replaced FOUR times. The machine just stops working when it wants to and never lasts more than 3 months. We have been waiting for a replacement for over a week and have spent a small fortune buying coffee every single day. Huge disappointment when you spend this kind of money on a coffee machine and it ends up being useless.

Disappointed

I just bought this machine after my Vertuo Next stopped working and I decided to forgo sending it back in to most likely never get repaired. I purchase this machine due to its smaller size and ability to make larger sizes of coffee than my old Next. This machine is a disappointment in quality. It does not have the same quality aesthetic as my chrome Next, it has plastic parts where my Next had metal and it is so loud when making coffee! My husband said it sounds like a lawn trimmer. Despite this, the coffee it brewed was good and hot. However, I am going to return this machine due to its overall aesthetic and part concerns so that I can buy either a more basic model and forgo the larger size pod capability :( or splurge on the Latissima. My concern with the Latissma is that I can see it has the same locking mechanism as the Next which was always difficult to shut, it has plastic vs metal parts that I saw in the online video, and people say the milk froth isn’t hot enough. Also, I’m concerned these newer models are not going to last if they have cheapened their manufacturing like so many companies have done post COVID due to supply chain issues, inflation, freight and labor cost increases. It’s an unfortunate time we live in right now.

disappointing

My daughter bought a machine in September. It worked right for about 2 weeks. Then it would not work correctly. We have contacted the company, done the reset several times, and followed all the instructions. It was a huge waste of money.

Headaches

The first 6 months with this machine were amazing… then the 2 second orange blinking light started which means error. I sometimes have to unplug and plug back in 18 times for 1 simple drink it’s so frustrating… I have to send it in to the shop to get fixed but I am just upset that I paid so much for this machine and it’s having issues like this

Unreliable

I loved the look of this machine and the fact that it could make carafe size coffee. However, it was constantly breaking down. I always had to reset it. I had to have it replaced twice. The second time, nespresso wouldnyeven give me the Next again bc it clearly wasn't working. I now have the Evoluo and it is so much more reliable! Not a single reset or issue yet. I would NOT recommend this machine.
