Perfect for a tasty morning espresso

This Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ is perfect for a tasty morning espresso. Also excellent for a cold coffee drink. The only thing I would like to see on this machines is to make the espresso hotter other than that is perfect.

Disaster.

This device, in all honesty should've been recalled! I have owned my "first" unit since April 2020 and within that time frame there have been countless tech support phone calls/video calls, replacement parts, and as well as full machine replacements (May 2022). The error messages, the cleaning process, the fighter jet sounds it makes, the coffee missing the cup, and the time it takes to fix and troubleshoot is absurd. The tech support has been helpful, caring and friendly. But owning this machine- (Vertuo Next) has been a full time job. Please buy any other Vertuo machine. Any of them! Just not this one. I love my Nespresso (4 year owner), the brand and their impact to the environment- but please do not buy this... Even if you see it on a major discount. It's easier to take care of a child then this machine. Do your research before you buy. I understand there are "some" positive reviews, but take them with a minuscule grain of salt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stops working

I have had 2 replacement coffee maker less than a year. Both times they just stopped working Mechanic are terrible coffee is great. I always use bottled filter water so not sure what this issue is . Pretty disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The VertuoNext machine comes with a one-year warranty and we're happy to offer lifetime troubleshooting support. The machine must be regularly descaled regardless of the type of water used. That should be performed with the Nespresso descaling kit every three months or every 300 capsules used, whichever comes first. We're happy to learn you've received a replacement machine. Love The Small Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is perfect for those who have limited counter space, compared to the other vertuo models I’ve owned. The machine comes with easy set up instructions and i was able to brew a capsule within minutes of setting it up. I did notice the body gets a bit warm while in use, something I haven’t noticed from my other machines. I’d say over all it works just as well which is pretty impressive given the size of it. I love that it brews both coffee and espresso pods with ease. The ONLY thing I do not like it is the open and close mechanism. It’s very hard to open and close and when doing so, the machine will move as you do so. If you have hand pain wether it’s arthritis or carpal tunnel I say stay away. Other than that tiny detail I’d say its a solid machine.

Great Coffee Quality but Troublesome Troubleshoot

I purchased this machine a while ago because I wanted something compact and simple, and I'm not a heavy coffee drinker—I only use it about four times a month. For me, that’s perfect; I enjoy knowing I can make a good cup of coffee whenever I feel like it. The quality of coffee is great, no question about that. However, I’ve run into some issues with the machine, despite my limited use.
Since it only has one button, it can be hard to diagnose problems when something goes wrong. For example, when a red light appears, I usually have to try several different solutions before I can figure out what’s wrong and fix it. This can be frustrating because it’s not always clear what the issue is. Even though there’s an app, it doesn’t give specific troubleshooting guidance, which I think would be very helpful, especially for a one-button machine like this.
I have seen reviews mentioning that the machine is loud, and it definitely is, but for me, the quality of the coffee makes up for that. Overall, I’d still recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something small and stylish that consistenly delivers great coffee. But for anyone considering it, just know that if it stops working, you may have to go through a bit of trial and error to get it running again. I really hope Nespresso considers enhancing the app to provide clearer guidance on what each error light means in the future.

x2 Next machines broke, Superior customer service

I initially got the Vertuno Next deluxe version as an Xmas gift from wife. It worked for 2 weeks then just stopped working all together. Nespresso replaced with another for free.
2nd machine lasted for maybe 9-10 months (without heavy use and frequent care) and it broke again. Was leaking with every cup made, then it stopped reading the pod barcode.
Called Nespresso again, and they said I could try a different model. Currently have the Vertuo Evoluo for past week with no issues, hopefully none. Excellent coffee.
As others have said, their saving grace is their customer service. They make great coffee when the machines work, but they are quick to help you with another machine if yours breaks down. I am loyal customer mainly because of their customer service.
