Faulty

I’ve had this machine for awhile now and have multiple issues. It leaks from under the machines like a puddle of water and water pours out the spout after I open after making a coffee. Also pretty much every morning I go to turn it on and wait for it to warm up and it gets to a certain point makes a clicking sound and flashes orange so then I have to unplug and wait it’s such a pain. I clean it regularly and have descaled it twice after having for a little over a year. So it’s obviously just a faulty product and you can tell by the other reviews.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dont Even Bother!!

After 3 years, initial vertuo plus machine broke down so I was advised to try this machine. Within a month, it stopped working and would not even turn on. Called to order a replacement machine and they sent a new machine. Within 3-4wks, the replacement machine also stopped turning on altogether! Luckily, the Nespresso rep was able to help out and recommend the evoluo so that it what I am waiting on now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved it when it worked

I bought this machine and almost immediately had problems. It would stop working at least twice a week, and I wound up returning it within a month because it just completely stopped functioning. The machine wouldn't pull water from the tank and would constantly have problems.
This machine also is noisy and very clunky. Would it pull a nice shot of espresso? Absolutely. But the amount of work I would go through fixing this machine was not worth it (especially for the price). I am probably going to buy the Vertuo Plus in hopes of a better experience! The Next just seems to have too many mechanical issues.

Great machine before it stops working

I used to love this machine! But after a year & a half it stopped working. I spent over an hour video chatting with an employee and clean it weekly. However, something is wrong with the sensors and it takes me forever to try to get a single cup of coffee. Honestly it makes me so mad every morning that it doesn’t work it’s not worth the hassle. I’d prefer a drip coffee machine at this point since at least that would work.

2nd machine, broke again

Coffee is great however this machine is terrible. This is the second machine we got after the replacement since the first one broke and now this machine broke again. Completely unreliable and don’t recommend. It’s also hard to lock the lever in place

Saddest Machine Ever

I got this machine as a wedding gift after using it at a friends house and thinking it was awesome. Within the first couple days I noticed it leaking coffee at the bottom but didn't think too much of it. We kept this machine clean and maybe brewed 1-2 pods a day. Within a month it started flashing orange lights. We did some research, bought descaler (even though it seemed too soon) and it would work for 1 pod then start up again with the lights. It is so frustrating when you want a cup of coffee and it can't make it through a brew without the light coming on. We have looked up youtube videos where people take the machine apart and replace parts but that should not be our responsibility to fix a machine that isn't even a year old yet. Highly would not recommend.

Not recommended!

Bought this machine twice and the first time I thought it was my luck to get the defective one, which lasted 4 months. The second one I bought started to acted up even faster than the first one.(a little over a month)

I don’t know why they keep selling this model

This is a mad Imagien to the brand is the worse machine to much issue leaking and stop working always have to unplug and plug to make it work again. Really tired of calling because the machine doesn’t work and they don’t give me solutions.
