I’ve had the flip for about a month now and I have to say it’s a great phone. The screen is a lighter longer than the average phone when it open which means more screen for videos/games or school/work. It’s very crisp and clear and the processor is smooth plus being 5G everything loads quick without lag or buffering. The battery does drain fast but the phone is still worth it. It’s compact when closed and you never miss a notification.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst phone I've ever owned. I'm on my third one in less than a year. Phone crashes every time I do software updates.

I've had this baby for a few months now and still love it. I thought I would miss using the pen coming from a diehard note user but i barely miss it at all. Has anyone else lost the feature to play music from the cover screen? I really miss that feature after the last update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the phone and I love this. I went from a note 10 plus to this phone and it took a little adjustment getting used to. The only MAJOR gripe I have about the phone is the battery life and charging speed. This needs to be improved in the next gen 100%, Samsung, get to it.

I had a case on my phone and all. Never dropped it, I drive for a living so my phone stayed secured. The crease where it folds to close, from a line across it first. Then, it bubbled up, then it started showing ink all over the screen. Again, from opening and closing the phone. Then you get told by the carrier it's the screen protector. It's not the screen protector. Don't remove it either because it voids the warranty.
The battery life is short if you use your phone often
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A flip phone done right

This phone is wonderful. I have this device in lavender. with it's Amoled display it gives you the rich color that makes you want to dive into your phone. Even better with the 120hz refresh rate it runs fast with 8gb ram. I hear users complain of the battery life I get it. It is manageable if you carry a portable charger or have an extra charger at work. With its flip design it fits easily into my pocket without having the bulky feel in my pockets. I get a lot of iPhone users asking what phone is this. I proudly tell them it is a Samsung Z flip 3!. Although it is not dust proof I recommend those that live in rural areas or suburbs where there is lot of gravel, sand etc please be very careful. Also do not try to open the device with one hand it can cause damage. Phone is water resistance and splash resistance as well. Overall with my personal customization within the device it is one I can look to having and having heads turn all the time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fold portion of the screen won't last

The folding portion of the screen malfunctioned after less than 3 months. Its just a black line across the fold now. Do not buy this phone. This was due to a poorly engineered folding design.
There was zero damage done to this phone. The phone was excellent in every way prior to this fatal flaw.
