Don't buy this!

Just like everyone else, the glass broke along the crease. It makes the screen unusable. It only lasted 6 months. What a waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had 4 replacements in a Year, I like the fact that the screen is protected and it will fit in any pocket, but the bottom half of the screen has gone out repeatedly without warning.

Less then 3 months of use and its cracked in the fold. only option was to have to send it in for repair and be with out a phone. Not acceptable

TERRIBLE

If you actually USE your phone a lot then this is not the phone for you. I get about 50+ calls a day and the middle which is PLASTIC just eventually wore itself out in less than 6 months. Oh not to mention, the phone company doesn’t fix these screens therefor it’s a waste of time and money. Obviously insurance is cool but who wants to KEEP getting a new phone every few months from OPENING & CLOSING it. That’s stupid.

Awesome phone but...

I absolutely love this phone!! It is very durable(I've dropped it at least 50 times from cement to tile floorings)! The only things I don't like about it is the screen film protectors breaks about every 3-6 months meaning I have to buy more protectors and lastly I just wish they made plus size of the flip like they have with the other galaxies. Other then those, I would recommend this phone! I've had samsung phones since my Stratosphere slider phone back in 2007!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I traded in my galaxy 9 on this flip 3 about 3 months ago and I've had issues from the day I got it. The newest issue is that the screen won't come on sometimes it stays black and only way to get it to come on is to open and close it over & over until it comes on. This phone has never been dropped or anything it is in like new condition. If I could return it I would but I'm stuck with it now. Very unhappy not a good phone very disappointed in samsung for selling this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Galaxy Flip so have owned flip for 2 years. Love the larger front display on 2nd model. Also, love being able to set on desk half open to easily follow live sports on top half. Screen is very responsive and durable. Dropped phone multiple times when folded and no problem. Love how screen is protected folded avoiding scratches and damage.
