Phone didn't last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased nearly 1 year ago and phone has been slowed by updates, it doesn't fold flat, the screen ins creased, and there are dead pixels on the edge of the crease.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only Lasted a Year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was an apple user for a long time until I made the switch 3 phones ago. My 2 previous phones before the Zflip3 both lasted 2 years, then I upgraded with AT&T and got that year's newer generation Samsung phone. I gave the hand-me-down phone to my boyfriend and he used both phones until he cracked the screen on the first phone, and again on the second phone. Clumsy guy, lol. When I got the Zflip3, it was great for a year. I loved the fact that I could fold it and not worry about scratching the screen when my phone is bouncing around in my purse. I also utilized the selfie mode quite a bit by folding the phone to a 90 degree angle, which was helpful for a few group shots too! I ultimately had to upgrade early because Black Friday there was a deal too good to pass up, and I had noticed there were lines starting to form from where the phone folds. I could not imagine using the phone for another year to wait to upgrade...
Anyway, I opted to go for the Ultra 22 and so far I really like it! Hope it lasts me 3 years to keep me on schedule, lol.

I am a klutz and have dropped this thing more times than I can count and yet the screen itself is still perfect! (of course after a few screen protector replacements :)). It's compact and has the same amazing software as any other Samsung phone. Couldn't reccomend it enough!
