Great phone love the flip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this over a year and have had the screen protector bubble up on the crease once. Luckily it was still under warranty so I got that replaced for free. Aside from that it's been a great phone. Camera isn't as good as the flagship Samsung phone but still great

Love love this phone, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than a year and a half, the screen protector that is factory installed has started cracking, gapping and peeling. Makes cracking/snapping sound when opening or shutting phone. Some things on screen are difficult to see. At times it is difficult to touch screen to select something because gap/crack gets in way. Very disappointed because I am told it will cost ME to fix, plus the repair center is over an hour away.. Also I have always traded my phones in extremely good condition, now I fear this one won't be considered good condition.
