I've haven't had the phone for 6 months and the cover started to completely separate from the middle of the phone. Shameful didn't last a year

I really liked this phone but sadly it barely lasted 6 months. The cover started to tear from the middle of the screen and peeled back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had my 256g Flip for almost 7 months now and I am not surprised at all.The phone performs exactly the way Samsung designed it to perform.I had major concerns about the screen when I first got it but the screen looks like it did the day I bought the phone.I bought an otterbox for it and dropped it three times and the ob saved my phone.I have had it an additional month without a case.Durable as it is supposed to be,sleek and nice to look at but most of all nice camera and video could maybe use a little improvement but overall I give my FLip 5 STARS.Nice job Samsung!

I bought last year flip Z but it got cracked by middle of phone without drop it, so never buy flip phone. Samsung is wrost cheap phone I ever had in my life.

I bought this phone in December and after 6 months the screen has been detaching at the fold.

Horrible quality

Poor quality , I bought my wife the galaxy z fold 3 5g and the inside screen got a black like in the center. I did my research and it is a very common problem, I asked if it got wet. I hope someone files a class action against Samsung over the quality of their phones. You have lost a faithful Samsung customer.
