It's been a great phone with only a few irks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I did have an issue with my original flip3. It would randomly shut down for no apparent reason. It was infuriating. Imagine using GPS to drive somewhere unfamiliar and your phone just shuts off in the middle of navigating. It would do this up to 8 times a day. Anyway, I was able to get a replacement free of charge and this phone has had no issues like that.
It's been great. Fast, pocketable, fashionable, just a genuinely great phone. However, one thing that is a little irritating is that some very popular apps like Instagram and TikTok, basically any app that has a stories function, is not designed to be viewed on a screen with this aspect ratio. The screen is very tall, and this stretches the view of these apps vertically, causing some of the view to be lost on the left and right sides of the screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for over six months before upgrading to the Z Flip 4 512GB last August. This phone remains one of the most practical and easy to handle you would find. The only limitation that warranted an upgrade was the storage space. If you are not the type of phone user who wants to store pictures, audios and videos, this phone is the ideal for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my Z Flip phone for as long as I've had it. The phone is fast, screen resolution is nice, camera takes nice photos and I really like that it folds down into a much smaller package than a standard smart phone. Unfortunately I've had to send it for repair as the hinge became off kilter, which caused the screen to deform and cease functioning. Apparently this a known issue with these phones and I have sent it in for a warranty repair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Z- flip for over a year. I work outside in the elements and around animals. I've dropped it, submerged it accidentally and it still is like new. Very compact to fit into almost any pocket. Love it!
