Great phone, warning about the screen protector

Wife and I purchased these about 9 months ago. We've very much enjoyed the phones themselves. About a month ago like all the other reviews state our factory installed screen protectors began to crack and come off in the middle where the crease is. It's gotten to the point that it's interfering with touch controls. NOBODY that I've called locally including our carrier will replace it. I've tried calling samsung twice now and each time after the initial prompts I get put on hold with no music or queue times. Love the phone but due to the screen protector issues and lack of service both 3rd party and with samsung themselves so far I wouldn't buy one again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible phone

I only had this phone for 4 months before i started having problems. The screen would shut off when i open the phone all the way. It would happen consistently. Also i would lose all data converage even though i had full bars and 5g coverage. I would have to turn on/off airplane mode to fix it. Honestly i would not suggest this phone to anyone. I regret buying it and i will never get another folding phone again.

Easily damaged

Within the first month of having this phone, pixels in the screen became visible, then the screen would flicker and freeze, then where the phone folds it became damaged from daily use leading to the screen being completely black. Would not recommend this style of phone. This is a very costly phone and is not durable, waste of money and headache trying to figure out how to get a new phone with warranty

Good phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this phone since my lg would not charge, my biggest concern was the mentions of the battery life as a student I needed it to last me throughout the day, it does exactly that. Some people don't like the little bump on the screen which is where it folds. But it doesn't affecting usage or watching either. It'll last me the entire day it's super nice.

Galaxy Z Flip 3 phone is an excellent choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everywhere I go people ask me about my flip phone. Many people want a high quality small phone that easily fits in their pocket or purse. My favorite feature is when the phone is closed and rings, I can see what number is calling on the screen. Then when I open it, I can talk right away. I also really like the compact size.
