Phone is compact and easy to travel with. The keyboard, however, is way too small. All words have to be corrected..yime consuming

I’ve had my Z3 for 15 days now, I cannot express enough how convenient this phone is, I love it! Great quality pic’s, videos, and it’s loud! It fits everywhere I want it to! Thank you Samsung! I’ve had Samsung phones for years, switched once to iPhone, that lasted a week then back to you! I will never get another phone! Thank you so much

I purchased the newer version of the zflip after having had the 5g. I now have the zflip3 5g. Its not the best in terms of very poor battery performance . That is the biggest drawback. The second draw back is messaging notifications malfunctions. It seems to not notify me at all! At first the malfunction was constant random notifications of the system as if every five minutes or less there was a text when there isn't. I havent been able figure any of this out since. I would try a different device if I wasnt locked in. Thumbs down!

Love the flip3 but the screen protector cracks

Bought the phone in nov 21. Heard some "cracking" noises and now see light cracks in the fold area. Going to check if covered by warranty but 5 months of use is worrisome.

I bought this phone 6 months ago. Went out of the country and the fold crease started to crack. The next day, the lower half of the screen blacked out. Could'nt access anything in the phone. My vaccine card photo was in the phone. COuldn't get back into the US. My partner thankg GOD!! had a copy of my card in his phone so I could finally catch a flight. Assurant told me to process through Tmobile or Samsung. They said it was my fault. So I had to pay out of pocket for a replacement. Lost all of my vacation photos/videos. All of my memories lost!! I have had a samsung phone since about 2011. I loved their products. I hate iphones, but I'm switching and telling everyone I know to stay away!!
