I moved up from the G10 to the Galaxy Z Flip about a month ago. 1 am very happy with it. Nice crisp clear screen, very good camera, and finally a phone with a decent speaker, and provides a bit of volume.
The only thing I wish was different was the finger print scanner. It is small and thin, located on the side of the phone.
Since it is thin it took many scans to get my prints. But that is my only gripe.

I don't know why everyone is complaining about the battery or the charging. Personally I always deactivate all apps from running in the background and keep it in power saving mode when I'm away from home so battery is at 90% from 700 to 1700. You don't need NFC, Bluetooth, location, and other things running 100% of the time, obviously yes it will take a toll on the battery.
Cons: no SD slot or headphones, mini screen is limited
It has 256GB storage so it has plenty of space even with a bunch of Wii and GameCube games as well as movies and music. As for headphones, I prefer wired but I don't have too much of an issue now that I have some good Sony Bluetooth headphones. The front mini screen has a few widgets but only the music one is any good. Coming from the latest version of the Razr where you could do EVERYTHING on the tiny screen even use your full keyboard or watch videos (literally just because you can) that was the ONLY (slight) let down.
Overall this machine is amazing. Storage, speed, color customization both on phones and hopefully the cases as well, wireless charging capability, and performance in general. Oh. Also SSSIIIZZZEEE. I can't say how much I love not having a foot long tablet on my pocket, never once liked the slab design on smartphones. They've always been so easy to break since they're just wise sticks of glass. Personally phone should be easy to hold and access and not the size of a computer *Winces at the Z Fold*

I am 3 weeks in with this phone. I leaned toward this one because of its compact size. I work alot outdoors and the smaller size helps. Battery does seem to empty quickly, but I am also on it alot. All new phones have little problems, but this one is doing great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Garbage battery, inconvenient gesture placement

The battery life is akin with my 3 years old Pixel 2. This is the main reason I am returning it. When it folds it becomes a thick block. I don't see any advantage with the over a flat, thin phone. The gestures are all inconvenient so one thing hapens when you want another to happen. To summarize, the only cool thing about the phone is the folding technology. Everything else, even the result of the folding, is inconvenient.

Ask somebody that always jumps on the next new thing or new phone I can I can honestly say this little phone fits my needs at the moment in a nice way. The only negative I can come up with is probably battery life you are definitely not going to get a full day of use on just one charge
