Truth: middle eventually cracks.

I initially purchased this phone about 6 months ago. Recently I opened up the phone, the sound of the screen cracking and a visible crack just came out of nowhere. And I would say this is an isolated case except if you search up the middle crack issue, there are TONS of cases where Samsung has given up repairing the phone. I would do my research on the phone before purchasing this product. It is a flawed product that will leave the user without a phone and just a headache at the end.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I usually use the Note lineup but it was starting to get to bulky on my hip in the carrying case, I couldn't put it in my pocket comfortably so I needed something else smaller. I gote a flip and I so NOT regret it at all. This phone is just as bad as my Note 20 ultra minus the a pen which I barley used. I can still do everything with my Z flip that I was doin with my Note. The only problem is the battery but I'll just deal with it.

I've had it for 6 months and it works like a charm. Fits perfectly in my pocket. People won't stop asking about it and admiring it. The fold section is like a dimple in the screen but it doesn't affect anything

First off I love the size factor..folded out it is very thin and folded fits perfect in a pocket. It will sit tilted at any angle, perfect for scrolling the web. Coming from a Note 10 the camera feels like an upgrade. No more blurry shots if I'm moving. Much easier to take group photos when you can prop the phone up. Sounds quality is also amazing using dual dolby atmos speakers. Definitely a conversation starter anytime anyone sees it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Apple products. I have a Macbook, AirPods, and up until recently an iPhone 12. I saw the Galaxy Z Flip in the store and was blown away by how it folded. I knew I had to try it, so I made a split decision to trade my phone in and get it. So far, switching from Apple to my Samsung has been so easy! The fold is noticeable but honestly doesn't bother me at all. The camera is pretty good and the phone is smooth overall.
