I LOVE this phone!!!!! I missed my Nokia flip phone, which I still have, but out dated. I was SOOOOO excited when I saw this one!!! I have dropped it OPEN and CLOSED, on CARPET and on CEMENT, and it STILL works like the day I got it!!!! It is compact, I'm not carrying a TABLET for a phone. You DON'T see it sticking out of my purse. I LOVE the ring on the case, easy to pull phone out of purse or pocket. I listen to music with my ear buds and my phone in my pocket while cutting grass, don't have to worry about dropping it, It fits DOWN in my jean skirt pocket. I LOVE ALL the features!!!! THANKS Samsung!!!! I KNOW you will LOVE it ALSO!!!!!

Exactly what I expected

I’ve had the phone for a week - form factor is perfect - I like being able to sit down with the phone in my pocket - I was concerned with the reviews regarding the battery - yesterday I started off with a 1+ hour zoom video call, followed by a couple of hours of listening to podcasts, by midnight the battery was down to 35% - that works for me. I typically charge at night as I use my phone as a bedside clock - so I’m pretty sure battery isn’t going to be a problem. Speaker is good as is the camera - now the only thing will be to see how the screen holds up with the folding.

Do not like this phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy at all with this phone. The battery only holds a charge just over half a day and gets really hot any time I use the camera. The camera zoom is good but does not bring the photo into focus so what's the point of a good zoom? The fold line is annoying and difficult to get the right angle for it not to show. More times than not, I cannot access anything on the internet unless I am connected to wifi despite my settings being set to connect by data roaming. I would not recommend this phone.

Love phone, hate battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is beautiful and I love the way it feels in your hands. It is heavier than my galaxy S20+. Fun phone, camera is good for me, the crease at the fold isn't noticeable to me when using the phone. It's very noticeable when the screen is blank, but this is not an issue. I can not recommend this phone because of the battery life. I have never had a phone drain the battery like this one. I need to charge my phone twice a day to keep using it. I use Spotify and scroll through Twitter. I don't use a lot of apps that would drain the battery. It takes a couple of hours to charge fully also. I would think long and hard before getting this phone. I hate saying that because I have had Samsung phones for a very long time and have always been happy with my phones

All I can say is that this is a really cool phone. Love the shape, high quality. Like the fact that to see push notifications don't need to open, just swipe the preview window. Fits easily in pocket. Nice big screen when open. Too soon to tell on battery life, as with any new phone have it in use a lot more than normal.

I've been a Samsung user for 5+ years and love that upgrades are always so easy as far as transferring data and general user interface utilization. No issues with the screen or the fold seem. Battery life seems a little weak but overall it's great
