[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good, works fine. Haven't had it long enough for extensive evaluation. It did come with a small nick in the black surface near one burner. I like the knobs up front. Have not tried the frozen bake feature yet.

Good oven - with no instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good replacement range that serves us well. The documentation that comes with it is terrible. They provide an Owners Guide and 'quick start' guide, but they are inadequate. The Owners Manual that is included is 16 pages, of which 14 are either table of contents or installation instructions. There is one important section on the self-cleaning function but that is the only useful part of the content.
The only instructions on the Quick Start guide are "Select Oven function," "select the temperature," "press start," and "place food inside the oven once temperature is reached." If you need that information, you ought not be entrusted with an oven. It also tells you to position the racks before turning on oven. Again, not exactly new information. However, needing to press Start after every step, understanding the Keep Warm feature and steps for Delay Start, and how to use the Control Lock are useful pieces of information that are not included with the range. They are also not obvious in the download section online, but findable if you are patient. The information users need is the Control Guide. Because users need to know how to use the controls!
So, other than not being able to use the oven right away due to lack of information, the oven is good.

Solid cooking features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove and range itself works great and looks great. It fit perfectly. I wish the timer beeper was louder. Having to set your timer one minute at a time is inconvenient if you are cooking something for any length of time. Just plan on using a separate timer. It is also very hard to hear. The compartment on the bottom under the stove is not stable and comes off its tracks almost every time you open and close it.

Bottom Storage Drawer?
on June 29, 2025

I purchased this stove about a month ago and realized that the bottom storage drawer just sits in the bottom compartment without any sliding brackets. Is this normal or is there supposed to be a sliding kit installed?

Great Basic Range
on July 3, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this range about a month ago to replace a 33 year old range that actually still worked. I wanted a basic range since I didn't think I would use all the bells and whistles that came with the upgraded ones. The two features I wish it had are the covered bottom element and a cooktop with a matte finish around the burners so fingerprints don't show up so easily. I like the dual size burners in the front and It heats water a lot faster than my old one but I don't have much experience with baking yet to verify the temperature. There is a gasket around the stovetop that collects crumbs and spills that can be a challenge to clean. I have found that a toothbrush works well to clean this.
If you want a basic range, this one meets the requirement.
Since my previous range had a glass cooktop, I had experience with keeping the top clean.
