[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range is very nice, but the glass top is not easy to keep clean, I have to spend at least 30 minutes almost everyday with multiple products to keep it clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are unhappy about this range. Difficult to keep top clean … slow warming up … oven hotter than temperature selected.

Good electric cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it is a great cooktop with powerful heating power. Especially two large dual zones heating rings in the front are very convenient to use. The only complaint is that it does not tell which ring is hot and in use but just a warning on hot surface in general. Also the clock is flat and facing top that can’t be seen from far. A minor design fraud.

Bakes well, range ok, but could be much better.

Had this stove 4 months.
Pros: Oven temp stays correct and cooks well. Broil also works well. Range top takes some getting used to. Glass top gets hot fast but does hold heat for a lot longer than gas or coil electric so you can easily burn items if you don’t turn down the temp earlier than you would with older ranges or just move it off the hot spot. The range top does clean ok but get used to cleaning after every use. I like the digital oven temperature readout and that it beeps when it get to the set temperature. Installing was pretty easy if you can do basic 220 volt wiring.
Cons: Range temperature is hard to control due to the glass heat carryover. Also by using double sided temp knobs for both large and small front burners it effectively cuts your sensitivity control in half again making finding the correct heat level hard. The back small burners have a full knob range that gives much better control which is much better, similar to an older range. Oven light is off to one side so it doesn’t light the interior very well at all. Touch controls are ok but it’s needs a number pad instead of just up/down arrows. You have to chase what ever time or temp setting you want by going up and down. Silly. There is plenty of room to have added a number pad to fix this inconvenience. Also you can see the oven temp ok unless your also timing, then you only see the time and no way to see the oven temp. If you want to adjust the temp you have to stop the timer. Again silly. Just add another display. There is plenty of room. If not then get rid of the “guestestment” frozen pizza button since it’s completely useless. Someone thought it was brilliant to put the white ID sticker on the top of the outside of the oven so that the door doesn’t hide it. You can see part of it shining there all the time. Can’t remove it because it’s your ID. Stupid! Now, the beeps that are supposed to tell you what the oven is doing. Good luck with that unless you are good at transcribing Morris Code. They are flat out confusing. Cleaning the glass; after the range cools, it wipes clean pretty easy, but to get the cooking pot marks off and make it shine like a mirror, add 30 minutes with a special cleaner, razor scraper, and elbow grease. Lastly, the metal that is around the control panel is extremely thin so you have to be very careful not to dent it with a heavy pot like it did.

Replacement range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement range for a space that we could not have the controls in the back. The Quartz backsplash was cut to fit the profile of the original Whirlpool range. The new range was a perfect fit. The original range had a front mounted touch keypad for all functions. The new range has large tall knobs to control the burners. While they are easy to get hold of and function well, unfortunately they are tall enough that it is easy to hit them with a pan or drag a hand across them. Shorter knobs with less sharp edges would be a big improvement. The range function is great though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this range for a few weeks. It takes the top burners awhile to get heated up. Also, very poor workmanship on the bottom pull out storage drawer, once you pull drawer out it comes off track and difficult to close.

Looks great but cooks lousy

I like the flat top and up front knobs but it does not cook very well. Water takes a long time to boil and then it will not maintain a boil when I add food to be cooked. Cook top is hard to clean. Oven takes a longtime to heat up also. My old GE cooked a lot better than this. Not happy.
