Cleaning burners?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great but still don't understand how to keep the burner site clean. Had the same problem with previous Whirlpool oven. Pot boils over and leaves stain/substance on burner that will not come off. Donot want to scratch the burner surface. Any advice would be appreciated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first range with controls in front I have operated. I love I don't have to reach over hot or boiling items on the range to turn burners off. Love the pizza button for the oven. The pizza came out great with just a push of the button!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new stove, but feel you need to make the timer buzzer louder. We have a small house but cannot always hear it. Also, my right front burner is very hot. I cannot put on low without it still boiling my food.
