Right now not a happy customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this roughly 1.5 months ago. I do not cook much being here in Florida. I used the oven to bake a frozen dish and was very upset. After the time allowed for cooking, my meal was not hot or even came to a boil like it was supposed to be. So, perhaps something is not working correctly with the oven temp control. I am calling customer service on Monday to set something up with a rep to come out and eval my new stove.

Good oven for those without cats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven came in the new house we just purchased. I was initially disappointed that it was electric, not gas, but it has performed well. The circular lines on the glass cooktop that outline the burners come off very easily with the little amount of elbow grease you need to scrub off cooked on spills.
My only major complaint about this range is the placement of the control panel for the oven. It is on top and fairly flush with the surface, so our cats have turned the oven on multiple times when they walk across it. I would not recommend this to anyone who has cats that won’t stay off counters.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good value for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is what I needed and easy to install. I was relly dissapointed with the operator's manual that came with the Range. There were NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use the "FREEZE BAKE" feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!
