Range control board failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review is not too good. After only having my range for about two weeks the oven will NOT turn off with the cancel button. Very inconvenient to have to flip the breaker. Waiting on a new control board.

Great stove but not made to last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove about 8 months ago, the first brand new stove I've ever purchased. I love so many things about it. However after 8 months of regular use the control board broke, rendering my oven completely useless for several weeks until the part comes in. The repair technician said the control board is the number one thing to break on this stove. It's incredibly frustrating to buy what is supposed to be a quality product and to know that it is still poor enough quality that the control board breaking is a known and common thing. Do better, Whirlpool.
