FlexHeat™ Dual Radiant Elements

This came with the new house I purchased in July, 2022. I sent in the warranty registration, but since then I noticed the left front dual element burner only has one setting - high!! It will not lower the temperature on either size element. It is unusable as is because it is impossible to lower the temperature. It burns everything unless I turn the burner off. This is not acceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to operate
