Both out of pocket purchases.

Great overall dryer

Worst dryer - doesn't dry

Worst dryer I have ever owned. Doesn't get hot enough. Makes lots of noise. Wish I had never bought.

Hi Cb707, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience with your Frigidaire dryer model EFMG527UTT, and we understand how frustrating it is when an appliance doesn’t perform as expected. Concerns with low heat and excessive noise are certainly not what we want for our customers.
For heating concerns, we recommend first checking that the gas supply is fully open and that the dryer is connected to the correct gas type. Please also ensure the exhaust venting is clear, not kinked, and properly installed, as restricted airflow can prevent the dryer from heating and drying effectively. Cleaning the lint filter before each load and avoiding overloading can also help improve performance.
Regarding the noise, unusual or excessive sounds may be caused by airflow restrictions, the blower wheel, drum rollers, or internal components that may need inspection. These issues are not considered normal and should be evaluated.
