Occasionally the clothes need a little extra time than expected but in my experience all dryers often require more time than the setting set for. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to my old 11 year old set I am disappointed. Feels like they are cheaper. No SS dryer tub. Heater blower loud. Doesn't dry completely. Takes longer.
