Excellent Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer to replace my older model from 2008. So far I am enjoying it, and I hope that it will be as reliable as the original model. I have not gotten to try the steam functions yet, because the folks I ordered it from did not realize that they needed to order the kit separately to go with it. I need to check to see if they ordered it for me after the fact, and once it comes, I am not sure how we will get it installed at this point, but I am looking forward to seeing how well the steam function works. Will update my review once I find out.

Electrolux Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took over 3 months to receive the 1st new dryer in February. It was defective and the heat did not kick in.
We bought another unit and it took 3 weeks for that to be installed.
Everything works fine now.

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This design of the door is terrible. You constantly have to clean around the door seal where debris accumulates. Never had thi problem before. I wish we could return or exchange it.
