In love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Electrolux front load perfect steam gas dryer & matching washer a month ago. This is the first time I’ve ever used a front load system and first time owning Electrolux appliances. After researching & reading literally hundreds of reviews, I decided to purchase and I am so happy I did!
This set is a major upgrade from my previous set whirlpool cabrio set. My clothes have never been cleaner! I love that my dryer can dry my King sized comforter with ease! I also love the lint trap on this dryer- it is huge! It catches every last dog hair and is super easy to clean. I also love the refresh setting! This set is a real dream!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my dryer!!

Not suitable for drying most of my heavy fabrics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer lists options in the manual that sound good until you actually use them. You cannot select low temperature for the heavy cycle and 80% of my blankets, towels, flannel shirts, etc. say "Tumble Dry Low" so I have to use the Normal cycle. Then when selecting the Low temperature setting, I am restricted from selecting a High or Max dryness level which means all the seams and hems on those items come out of the dryer way to damp to fold up and put away. I know it is supposed to prevent me from over drying the clothes but now I have to run multiple cycles that almost certainly over dry the clothes and take up way too much time. Preferred my older "Dumb" dryer that let me set things the way I wanted and then I got clothes that dried the first time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey there Gslater! We apologize for any disappointment your washer has caused you and thank you for bringing it to our attention. The Heavy/Towel setting only lets you select Normal to Max temperature. In the Normal cycle, you can select the low temperature and adjust the dryness level so that your load comes out dry. This may cause the load to run for a longer time as it is trying to dry your towels at a lower temperature. We suggest that you attempt to dry smaller loads with the low temperature to cut down on the cycle time. If this does not resolve your issues, we’re here to help. Simply the Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had gas dryers for the past 23 years. About five years ago we upgraded to a top of the line gas dryer from a big name company. What junk, it took forever to dry, the sensors were a joke and the vendor told us it was working fine. Enter the Electrolux , wow, wow, wow! Fast, efficient, dries clothes perfectly with auto sensing. Bonus is the super efficient, easy to clean lint filter. Love the dryer.
