My laundry keeps getting stuck in the dryer!

I bought this dryer 2 years ago and loved it. We just moved and refinished a home and I insisted on having this machine again, the new model of course. Things keep getting stuck in the dryer. There are three "beams" that move the clothes around, two short and 1 long! The long one leaves only a sliver of space between the sides where my bedding and clothes are getting caught. I have been in my house for 3 weeks and have had multiple issues with the dryer. I'm so disappointed. My dryer is not broken and I have to wait 4 days for a repair person to come to the house and I have three little lads. This is definitely a design flaw. It has to be corrected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the refresh option

Love the Capacity

My last washer lasted 18 years and I was sad to see it go but then I got the new Electrolux and wish I had upgraded years ago. It has so much more capacity and features. My favorite is the quick 18 minute wash as I'm always in a hurry to wash something specific right away.

Great dryer with wonderful features

I bought this Dryer a month ago and I love everything about it so far. I really like the lint system and the Instant Refresh with the Perfect Steam is so awesome! The clothes come out of the dryer ready to use. No ironing! Really sweet! Best dryer I've ever owned.

door can be switched

If you need the doors to open in a certain direction they can be changed on the Electrolux. Great feature for unusual situations.
