Overall pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit new but at a great price. When I installed it, I didn't realize it had a dent on the side that was rubbing against the drum. Call Electrolux and they had a tech come out in two days and fix it. Great service overall. The unit is good so far. New for two weeks.

Predictive Dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The predictive dry is incredible. My previous dryer had a sensor function but not like this one. I know I am saving energy with the efficient brain inside the drum. With every page I read of the manual, I am surprised at how this machine cares for my clothes. This was an exceptional purchase. Thank you Electrolux

Liking it (with some caveats)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liking the new dryer but it currently has a bit of a squeak or squeal when it runs. I need to call for service for them to check it out and resolve the issue. I also wish you could make the sound louder to alert you when it's done.
