We appreciate your feedback, Bob744. The Normal setting should have the temperature options of normal and low that would use a mix of heated water and cold water as needed for each option. Great dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. It’s easy to use and get the clothes very dry. It’s lint collection works really well and makes it easy to vacuum out under it relatively easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Electrolux came recommended by a service technician at the dealer who said the reliability is very good. It also happened to be available for prompt delivery versus waiting weeks for other models based on slower production.
The unit looks great. The options are a bit overwhelming as the choices are many. I like the double lint filter as this will likely result in less lint in the exhaust system. There have been a few occasions where the clothes are damp around the edges. I’m guessing that the sensors are looking to reduce energy consumption. Overall we are pleased and hope to get many years of service.
