[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and trying to figure out why my clothes don’t get completely dry. The 18 minutes quick dry cycle leaves clothes damp too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for your feedback. We are not pleased to hear you are experiencing issues with your dryer. The 18 minute fast dry option is designed to quickly dry small loads only. Here are some tips that should help with your concerns. Make sure to clean the lint filter after every cycle and check to make sure the exhaust duct meets the requirements in the installation instructions. Also, check the voltage if the dryer is connected to a 208 volt versus a 240 volt the drying time will be 20% longer.
