[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing this appliance, my first ever steam dryer, I was excited about doing laundry again. It did not disappoint. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star rating is because the controls are difficult to see. It would be helpful if the panel was backlit.

Solid Machine but Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like our new dryer and all the different settings. My only problem is that this was sold to us as having "master bedroom guarantee": you could put these machines next to a bedroom and you wouldn't know they're on. That is NOT the case with either this or the washer. While they are effective at what they do and have nice features, these machines are LOUD. We have them in a room off of the family room and need to close that door whenever we run wash and dry loads. I still recommend these machines, but don't think that you're getting quiet machines.

Great unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is very easy to operate and has a lot of great features. I especially like the automatic cycle. It has cut down our drying time and the clothes turn out great. The controls are pretty intuitive and the unit looks great.
