I just bought a month ago and love all that comes with this machine. Like towel dry time. Damp dry time. Every time you turn on have to select power, so it saves power. I really love this dryer..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clothes come out very wrinkled. Have to choose the time dry and then set my timer for less time.
Nothing available for a "NO HEAT" setting--for just air to freshen fabrics.

We are terribly sorry to hear that your experiencing some concerns with your dryer, Saenger. An overloaded dryer does not give clothed a smooth tumble thus the clothes become tangled and wrinkled. I would recommend filling the drum of your dryer 1/3 to ½ full. Your clothing items need room to tumble freely for even drying. When drying large items, we suggest drying only two or three at a time. Fill out the load with small and medium sized clothing items. Lastly, I would make sure your dryer is not overloaded as this will also decrease airflow. If you still have a concern of sorts, please contact us at 1-877-435-3287 Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm and Sat 9am to 6pm EST. -Jennifer

Large Capacity

Replaced old stackable washer dryer combo. Love that I can dry my queen size comforter with plenty of room. Very efficient.. Takes up the same amount of room as old set and has a larger capacity, that alone makes it a good choice.
