Not Drying

I have had Electrolux in the past, I just bought a new dryer, and after 95 minutes still didn't dry an average load of clothes. It takes about 60 minutes to dry 6 kitchen towels and a few socks. Is this normal? I have service coming to look at it, I am very disappointed in the efficiency/lack of drying.

Good dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the dryer... However, I took one star away because I find myself having to run it longer to get the clothes completely dry. The normal setting dries for 51 minutes, but still gives me damp clothes. Usually the 60 minute timed dry is enough, although the waistband on jeans and heavier items still tend to be damp. It is good, but could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer seemed nice in the store. Purchased and got home and it did not work. Getting any help with the factory warranty has been nothing but a pain when dealing with Electrolux.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago, and so far I like it a lot. It's relatively quiet, and the capacity is higher than I anticipated. I do have to use a higher setting on towels, but I suppose that's to be expected.
