Good Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer works as stated. We have only a few minor issues with it but otherwise it gets the clothes dry and has plenty of exhaust air to keep down the amount of dust until the end of the pipe.
It's a bit low so I recommend a stand under it of some sort. We built our own so the laundry basket fits under the door. Also, the auto with eco doesn't seem to get the clothes as dry so we have to bypass the eco mode. Would be nice if we could set our own time instead of the couple default values.

Easy to use

Good with one exception

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had the dryer for a few weeks and am satisfied with the ease of use, quiet operation and drying performance. However, the lint filter does not work as well as it should. I am finding lint balls on garments. I am very careful to clean the entire lint screen after each use. A disappointment.

I am unable to unlock the control lock on the dryer using the instructions in the manual.

Or, you can unplug the dryer for 30-120 seconds to reset the computer. verdict still out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the short time I have had this dryer, I am not sure whether I like it or not. Sometimes it does not dry all the clothes, so it must not have a sensor. Seems like it takes longer to dry the clothes than my one it replaced, thus I don't see hoe that saves energy. The verdict is still out as to whether or not I am sorry I got it.

Hello, bh62! Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your concerns with your dryer. Please check for the following conditions: make sure that your appliance is connected to a 240-volt circuit, anything less will increase your drying time, and makes sure the drum is turning properly in order for the unit to function properly. Keep in mind that some cycles like "Air Fluff or Air Dry” does not have heat, for heated drying it is important to change the cycle to a heat setting. Larger loads will take longer to dry. Try adjusting your settings to fit your laundry load size. Make sure to leave room for the items in the dryer to tumble freely so you can avoid damp areas on your clothing. It’s recommended to fill the drum 1/3 to ½ full. This also helps reduce wrinkling. A clogged lint filter can cause the unit to not heat properly, so please clean out the lint filter if needed. The exhaust system allows the unit to heat properly. Verify the vent/duct is not crushed, smushed, twisted, or kinked. We hope that this information is useful to you.
