Looks nice but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new unit . It works but when it first starts drying clothes it makes a fairly loud thumping noise which gives me concern that it is somehow damaged and I can’t see what is possibly damaged

Eco setting for saving energy

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the dryer about one month ago and it is performing very well. I like the reminder tone when the load is finished and the cycle selection. I also love that it is energy star certified. My only gripe is the left hand orientation if the door handle, which i understand can be adjusted.

Delivered wih worn out machine parts

I bought this 3 weeks ago and we already had to get it repaired. Delivered with apparently “worn out” parts. Bought it new, not refurbished so it was a disappointment. Thankfully Electrolux arranged prompt service and it is now fixed. We had this model before and apart from this issue I would recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

Thanks for your feedback. Low heat is available on the 400 series and up, but this 300 series model will instead offer high, normal, and air dry. Air dry is a great option for down pillows and comforters, rubber and plastics, or other delicate items that may be affected by heat. Normal should work well for other materials, and if you don't want too much heat you can choose the "damp" option for the dry level, which will shorten the dry time and spare some heat from more delicate items. Hope this information helps!
