Good product but having issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our dryer spring 2020. We have had it now for 6 months and it worked great for the first couple of months. However, the problem that we are having is that it keeps turning off 3-5 minutes after a cycle is started and it keeps saying "clean out lint filter." We are very good at keeping the lint filter clean before and after every use. This error message comes on even when the lint filter is completely clean. We have removed the lint holder, serviced the dryer and still can't understand why we are getting this error message. This is our only concern.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Dryer Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the set washer and dryer Washer is fine but dryer does not get hot. I have to run timed dry 3 times at 60 min. And I do VERY small loads so that’s not the problem. It does not get hot enough to dry the clothes. Hate it.

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had ours for about 6 months. I enjoy the energy efficiency. I do have a hard time getting loads dry unless I use the heavy duty setting. We also just had a repair performed because the heating mechanism wasn’t functioning properly so maybe that will fix that problem. The technicians were very kind and efficient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is a stacked model. Has larger lint catcher and does good job. The gasket that seals the door leaks a bit - lint builds up along the door.
