[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with it but I seem to always dry on the heavy duty cycle or else the clothes come out a little damp other than that good dryer

Not what I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It isn't what I expected. Its has no faster dry times that the 22 year old whirlpool that it replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you are experiencing long drying times, you would want to check a few things, such as making sure the lint filter is cleaned, along with choosing the appropriate cycle and settings for each load.
