[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had mine for a few months and it seems to work well. We leave the door open between washes to prevent mildew buildup, as recommended by a previous repairman for all front loading machines (this is our first of that type). The machine cleaning reminder is nice.

Works sometimes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased with DR Horton new home. It doesn’t dry completely. I sometimes have to run a whole new cycle for loads. I’ve changed setting to high temp and still doesn’t completely dry them. I have towels that smell like mildew due to the lack of complete dryness. It says “clean lint” often. There is no lint in the trap! The clothes lands on the lint trap and covers it so the dryer stops and feels like it’s full of lint. Happens often and is such a hassle .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
