Smart and Easy

Problem within One Year of Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has run very nice. But a month ago it started making very loud banging sound. The technician said there was lint buildup due to dryer sheets. Never had that problem with other brands. We stopped using dryer sheets and make sure we clean out the lint trap after each use. One year warranty expires October 2019. Hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

We do recommend cleaning out the lint filter after every cycle to ensure lint build up does not occur. Lint build-up on the filter restricts air flow, which causes longer drying times. Additionally, every 18 months a qualified service professional should clean the dryer cabinet interior, lint screen housing and exhaust duct. Laundry is a breeze now!

I bought this dryer a long with an Electrolux washer to fit in my condo. I prefer the timed dry and most items dry in under 40 minutes. The lint trap is so easy to remove and clean.
