Not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not buy it again. I don't like not being able to choose to change the time. If something is not quite dry I can't adjust the time. I tried using delicate because it is the shortest time frame but then my clothes come out damp. I don't like every option preset.

Front load GAS dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer about a month ago and it seems to work mostly fine. It does have a design flaw, however. Thin material can get caught between the front and longer blade and actually stall the rotation. This tripped the motor protector. I’m sure this would eventually ruin the motor. The auto dry cycle doesn’t always get everything dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We understand that your clothing get caught between the filter and the auto dry doesn't dry properly. We recommend making sure that the load is not too small or too big for the drying cycle and that the lint filter is cleaner after each use.
Should the troubleshooting provided proves to be unsuccessful, we recommend having one of our authorized service providers diagnose further.
We've scheduled the service appointment for Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 8-12PM with Certified Appliance Care. The servicer will be contacting you to confirm the time and date of the repair.
