Bad filter design

Great except sheets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought these a few months ago and have been happy with them except for drying fitted sheets. They ball everything up. We’ve tried the tennis ball trick. We’ve tried just the sheet itself. Nothing has worked. And it takes forever to dry anything.

Tg00, I am sorry to hear that you are having some concerns with your time that it takes your dryer to dry a load. We would recommend checking a couple of things. Check to ensure the outside exhaust duct is not clogged or restricted and that the exhaust duct requirements have not been met. Exhaust duct must be at least 4 inches in diameter and made of rigid or semi-rigid metal. When in place, the duct must have no more than two (semi-rigid duct) or four (rigid duct) 90° bends and must not exceed length listed in INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. Also, if the dryer is connected to a 208 volt circuit. Drying time will be 20% longer than drying on a 240 volt circuit. If you are still experiencing concerns, please contact us at 1-888-203-1389 Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm and Sat 9am to 6pm EST. -Jennifer

Fits perfectly

I wanted a dryer that was efficient but also quiet and easy to run. Electrolux filled all of my needs. It even dries my large comforter, And it fits into the pantry closet perfectly!
