Good product but having issues

We bought our dryer spring 2020. We have had it now for 6 months and it worked great for the first couple of months. However, the problem that we are having is that it keeps turning off 3-5 minutes after a cycle is started and it keeps saying "clean out lint filter." We are very good at keeping the lint filter clean before and after every use. This error message comes on even when the lint filter is completely clean. We have removed the lint holder, serviced the dryer and still can't understand why we are getting this error message. This is our only concern.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this machine for 9 months. It is a beautiful machine It worked well up until about a month ago. The dryer heats up but it does not dry my clothes anymore. I called Electrolux and filed a claim and the dryer repair is covered under the warranty which is wonderful. I would recommend getting this dryer

We've had the dryer for about 5 weeks now and are very happy with it. More choices than we probably need (we're still figuring out all the things it can do). Not sure it will last as long as our old one (35years!), but hopefully it will provide many years of service!

Simple to use and does a great job!

We were looking for a larger capacity dryer to keep up with a larger washing machine. It had to be easy to use as there will be multiple people using it. This met those needs and it does a great job. The pedestal makes it even easier to load and adds nice storage space!

Easy to program the drying cycles

We love this dryer. It is easy to operate and dries well. We have only had it for one month but we are enjoying our first Electrolux products.
