Dryer is nice, has a hard time drying large loads

We love the dryer large capacity, however with large loads it has a hard time drying fully. Also, when drying scatter rugs, sometimes rug get caught between the paddle and the door to where the dryer stops entirely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for sharing. Having your clothes fully dry in one cycle is great. Please ensure not to over load the drum as this will allow the heat to evenly flow throughout the drum. Also, take advantage of the 5 different drying cycles that can tailor to towels, delicates, and more. Great product

The dryer is whisper quiet and the dryer works very quickly and leaves clothes wrinkle free

Disappointed

Disappointed in dryer cycles available. I like to use a low temperature ofter, but not available on this model.

Thanks for your feedback. Low heat is available on the 400 series and up, but this 300 series model will instead offer high, normal, and air dry. Air dry is a great option for down pillows and comforters, rubber and plastics, or other delicate items that may be affected by heat. Normal should work well for other materials, and if you don't want too much heat you can choose the "damp" option for the dry level, which will shorten the dry time and spare some heat from more delicate items. Hope this information helps!

Delivered wih worn out machine parts

I bought this 3 weeks ago and we already had to get it repaired. Delivered with apparently “worn out” parts. Bought it new, not refurbished so it was a disappointment. Thankfully Electrolux arranged prompt service and it is now fixed. We had this model before and apart from this issue I would recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Dryer!

I bought this dryer about 2 months ago. It’s much quieter than our previous model. You have a wide range of options to choose from to dry your clothes. I love the lint trap feature. Works great and is so easy the remove and clean. Seams like it traps more lint than our old dryer

Easy to use

I purchased the dryer about one month ago and it is performing very well. I like the reminder tone when the load is finished and the cycle selection. I also love that it is energy star certified. My only gripe is the left hand orientation if the door handle, which i understand can be adjusted.
I would recommend this to a friend!
