After reading the excellent review in the March 2022 issue of the 'Family Handyman' magazine, we ordered the floor cleaner. We were very impressed with the packaging, ease of use, and most of all the performance. It exceeded our expectations over our wood and tile floors.

I have forever been plagued with sweeping and mopping about 2400 feet of tile in my home. At 70 it was a challenge to first st weeping then filling up mop bucket to drag around, mop and then use a towel so the tile didn't have streaks.
I was skeptical about buying the S5 wet dry vacuum cleaner! The first time I used it I was shocked. The floors looked brighter, it only used the tank of water the cleaner holds, but then came the second shock. The water it collected was black and all the small items it picked up was a lot. Shocked at how nice my floors looked, and shocked at the ease in cleaning floors in one step. It is so easy, I am doing my floors every couple of days because of the short time it takes to clean (15 minutes).I'm more than happy and I no longer have dog prints from my 2 dogs.
I forgot to mention, this machine also cleans itself and tells you when to do it. Extremely automated and it talks to you!

It’s a little bit louder than I expected only because 1. I’ve not been around vacuum mop systems and 2. The video seemed quieter to me, personally. Besides that tiny thing (isn’t not really a thing because I still) I absolutely love this system. It has been a great gift in our home. It helped give us our time back. I can mop the floors in my entire home while sipping morning coffee in 20 minutes. Very impressed with amount of scrubbing and automated response for spots on my floor that I personally have not been able to get off. The cleaner is a light refreshing smell. The floor dries quickly. I use on laminate floor, granite tile floor, and bamboo hardwood. I love this product! Would highly recommend!

We have wood and tile floors and area rugs.
We live on a dirt road with a big dog and lots of hair:)
I don’t imagine there is anything that is perfect for our needs but this is pretty close!
I believe if it had a larger clean/dirty water tank and a bigger trap for debris on the inside of the dirty water tank it would be even better:)
