I have had the S3 for over a year and just upgraded to the S5. I love that it now goes to the edges and it has a stronger cleaning power!

I love my Tineco floor one S5! The edge clean works perfectly and you'll be amazed of everything that it picks up (even french fries and small pieces of chicken nuggets)! So far, the hair that it picks up has not been tangled in the roll (contrary to my Roomba). It also makes it really easy to clean up liquid messes and remove stains. My floors have never felt this clean!

Cuts my cleaning time in half and better than S3

The S5 is an improvement from S3 with larger clean and dirty water tanks so I don't need to refill and empty the tanks as often. Also love the enhanced edge cleaning. I used to vacuum first, then mop and then vacuum a little bit more of the dirt left by the mop, but now I only need to use the S5 to go through my floor once. I made the mistake of adding Angry Orange to my S3 and that clogged up the unit, will stick to the Tineco cleaning solution only from now on.

I just bought mine, and I just love it! This is soooo quiet, larger tank, charge lasts longer, and with the auto setting tells me where the dirt is, and when it is clean. I am 70+, and I love the way that it wants to go, and I don’t need to push or pull. I have 2 dogs and their hair gets everywhere. This S5 gets it clean and doesn’t tangle hair or threads on the brush. I would highly recommend it!
