Runs smoothly after firmware update

I cannot update my previous review so I'm adding this new one. I've owned the S5 for four months now. About one month into use, I started getting false dirty water tank not installed alerts and my S5 would pause. It got worse over time to the extent that the unit would not run. Tineco customer service was great and sent me a replacement unit. However, shortly after getting my replacement unit, the same problem started to occur, so it is a design issue. As a last resort, I updated the firmware through the app. After that, the unit has been running smoothly without any false dirty water tank not installed alerts. Am very happy with how clean it makes my house and how easy and fast to use.
To Tineco: Recommend shipping all new units with the latest firmware to avoid others having the same DWT false alerts.

I have 3 small old dogs which have gotten progressively worse about peeing in the house. This vacuum makes cleanup a breeze. My whole first floor is tile and this wet vacuum makes the job so much easier. I had the Floor One S3 (hope I got model right) before and I handed that over to my daughter in law. I got this model for the bigger water tank and it's ability to get closer to the sides. Not disappointed.

Pros: vacuum mopping takes the hassle of sweeping/vacuuming and then taking out the bucket. Saves alot of time especially when you have kiddos in the house.
Self-cleaning cycle makes tak3s the stress and time off of cleaning a mop head thoroughly with your hands.
Nice smell from cleaning solution. I love that it is gentle on all surfaces, eco-friendly and biodegradable. All a plus for this eco-friendly mom.

Cons: vacuum suction is not as high as I would like it to be. They should really have an option where it does not use the roller to vacuum over rugs. This is something I really wanted as well for I was looking for this product to be a replacement for the Bissell symphony I had which has a got suction and steam mops as well.
The self cleaning cycle would be better if there was a way to clean hairs off the rollers. I find myself having to use my fingers to ripp off hairs rolled on tightly.
Solution is great but as a germaphobe mom I'd like to have the option to put a light amount of chlorox since the instructions say not to use any other cleaner. A steam option would be even better.
When vacuum mopping the roller tends to lead and drag you away. It takes a bit of strength in my opinion and I am not a weak person. I have to find a place to lean the front against to pull up the handle bar in order to pause without turning it off. This leads the front crashing into the wall or cabinets wherwver I lean the front to just to do this. I am afraid overtime the front will become damaged or just end up looking banged up and scratched.

I very much like that it vacs and mops at the same time and it's cordless. It is very easy to use. Improvements could be: larger water tanks and scrubs a little harder. Sometimes I have to go over the same area multiple times to really see that it is getting it clean, but I haven't seen an all-in-one that will do a better job.

Hoped it would work better with pet hair. Unfortunately I have to dry mop the floors before using my Floorone s5. It picks up the dog hair at first but the hair gets stuck in the dirty water tube, blocking it. Then it leaves water drops when I try to move the mop. I have to continuously remove the hair. If I try the cleaning cycle, dirty water spills out and gets all over my clean floor. Not recommended for homes with pets that shed even a little bit. I do like the way it cleans but would only recommend for a home without pets (which is why I purchased it in the first place)

I bought this after seeing it on tiktok lol and it is so easy to use and to clean afterwards and it's lighter than I thought it would be. It also is self propelling so you don't need much effort to move it around. It also tells me when its time to refill the water tank, time to self clean, and time to empty the dirty water tank. It's my new best friend.
