I have been eyeing this mop/vac for awhile. I got the S5 as a Christmas gift from my husband and let me tell you I’m in love. She works like a dream. I really don’t know why I waited so long to get it. I love the way it self propels and automatically releases the clean water and how it literally cleans itself. Yeah you have to dump the dirty water part but that’s a given. At this point I can’t seem to think of any cons. So far I am very impressed with it.

I haven't been able to figure everything out yet. I think that I love it, but I'm not sure. I haven't been able to figure out how to use just the vacuum, but the wet mop function works really well. It doesn't leave the floor wet....just slightly damp. Not sure if I can leave it in charging mode all the time.....many questions that I need to talk with a rep about.

The idea of it is good. But I expected a lot more for the price I paid. If something sticks to your floor you’ll have to scrape it off yourself. The Tineco isn’t strong enough. I do this a lot and I find it very annoying. I feel like the dirty water tank fills fast which is a little inconvenient. It’s just little things here and there. But it’s very convenient. If they can fix the other little stuff this thing would be amazing.

My teen enjoys mopping?

So I waited to write a review to make sure I had some experience with this machine. I still don’t have experience one month later cause my teen enjoys using this so much I don’t even have to ask her to. This is a kid who hates cleaning. It works well even with the dog hair and sand (we live near a beach). It’s also easy to clean ( the teen does that too!). With the extra roller head and filter we can have one drying while using the other so no down time! I read reviews about the tank smelling but we haven’t had a problem I wash with dawn every other use and let it air dry ever use! Thank you Tineco for taking one less chore off my plate!

I just bought mine, and I just love it! This is soooo quiet, larger tank, charge lasts longer, and with the auto setting tells me where the dirt is, and when it is clean. I am 70+, and I love the way that it wants to go, and I don’t need to push or pull. I have 2 dogs and their hair gets everywhere. This S5 gets it clean and doesn’t tangle hair or threads on the brush. I would highly recommend it!

Hoped it would work better with pet hair. Unfortunately I have to dry mop the floors before using my Floorone s5. It picks up the dog hair at first but the hair gets stuck in the dirty water tube, blocking it. Then it leaves water drops when I try to move the mop. I have to continuously remove the hair. If I try the cleaning cycle, dirty water spills out and gets all over my clean floor. Not recommended for homes with pets that shed even a little bit. I do like the way it cleans but would only recommend for a home without pets (which is why I purchased it in the first place)

I live near the ocean with a home full of hardwood floors and tile. Vacuuming hasn't been much of an issue since I purchased a robot vacuum, but keeping the scum off he floor is time consuming. I would go through the place with the products recommended by the hardwood floor installers and then wipe up something with a paper towel only to see grime along with the spilled material. Here's what I like about the Tineco: 1) My floors are so clean, my impressed friends are now purchasing Tinecos, 2) I cleaned all of my floors (1,250 sq ft) this morning pushing the thing around while I drank a smoothy, 3) No scum, 4) Easy to clean the Tineco when finished.

The only “wish” I have for this is that it could hold more solution and dirty water so I wasn’t emptying as much. This thing makes life with kids so much easier. Sticky messes and crumbs are gone in seconds, and my floors look amazing. 10/10 would buy again.
