Except for the bottom of the range being bent up and all front feet missing it seems ok.

Great range

I've had this range for less than a month but I'm loving it. I would have given this a 5 star rating but I'm disappointed with the rotisserie. The rod is kinda flimsy, the forks short, the fork tips are a little dull and it would be better if there were 4 prongs on each forks instead of 2. It struggled to handle a 6lb duck. That was one of the selling points for me and since it was an accessory that came with the range and wasn't an aftermarket addition.

We received our new stove and had problems with the burners contacted customer service and they knew right away what the problem was. It was a very simple fix and we fixed it ourself. Very well made product. Customer service is only by e-mail. They responded very quickly highly recommended.

The oven is beautiful. There was a broken part that broke somewhere before or during delivery. They replied within hours and shipped out the part same day.
