Love the style of the range. Heavy duty grates will last a long time. Super high heat or a low simmer for the burners

Broken Part

The gas actuator was broken when I received the range. Forno did send a new part and have an installer fix the broken part, but it was disappointing that it was brand new and broken, makes me worry that there may have been additional damage in the factory I don’t yet know about. I would have felt better if the full appliance was replaced, but it was just repaired.

Fast Service

Got product in about a month which is fast as I'm located on a neighboring island in Hawaii. Coverting to liquid propane is simple yet takes a while as the jets are side mounted in a tight space. Burners burns nicely. Stainless steel is not of the best quality and I expect it will start to show signs of rust in a short time (Note: I left a part that got moist and 12-hours later it showed a small rust spot). One part was missing from burner grill and am hoping to get a replacement. Other than all the aforementioned, I'm okay with the product considering the price paid.
