Our range is absolutely the best cooking we've ever owned. The oven cooks evenly and accuratley. The burners are very adjustable.

Excited is not enough to describe how I felt when I found my Forno stove. I was in the midst of building my home and found what I thought the was the perfect oven at an amazing price.
I have no retailer near me, so my purchase was sight unseen,, although I did find a retailer that had a single Forno unit, it was not the same one, so this was the only thing close that I was able to see in person.
I have no real complaints, just some things I wish I had considered before purchasing or things they could change.
1. When the oven doors are open, they seem quite a bit lower than traditional ovens.
2. There is NO indicator to notify you of when the oven reaches your desired temp.
3. The oven takes an extremely long time to heat up
4. Having 3 racks in the oven is wonderful, but what you don’t realize is there very little space between, so baking cookies is fine, but nothing too tall will work, unless you remove a rack. ( then store it away somewhere)
5. The grates on the stovetop are heavy, yes cast iron and yes wonderful. My mom’s stove also has cast iron grates, but hers are individual. For example, this stove has 8 burners and 4 grates, my mom’s has 4 burners and 4 grates. (You can take them off individually to clean)… when cleaning the stove top, the larger grates are cumbersome & heavy, not to mention, if you do not have a single bowl sink, they won’t fit.
6. Lastly, for some reason underneath the oven gets hot, I keep an eye on it, but it is a concern about my flooring.
