Range was damage on opening. The website will NOT return phone calls or emails. The front is amage and each of the two rack sliders (one on each of the two racks) fell apart on the opposite side of the damaged. I will try emailing them again.

Broken Part

The gas actuator was broken when I received the range. Forno did send a new part and have an installer fix the broken part, but it was disappointing that it was brand new and broken, makes me worry that there may have been additional damage in the factory I don’t yet know about. I would have felt better if the full appliance was replaced, but it was just repaired.
